Stanford Student Mental Health

We are Stanford-trained board-certified psychiatrists specializing in student mental health and wellness.

Every student faces unique challenges and experiences

Therapy offers a safe and confidential space to explore and address these concerns.

Working with Stanford students at CAPS was the inspiration for creating our practice allowing us to work with Stanford students for an unlimited number of sessions in a confidential, concierge-level, private practice setting offering the highest level of care.

We take a holistic, individualized approach to our therapy work with Stanford Students.

  • Perfectionism

  • Procrastination

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Relationship Issues

  • Coursework and career

  • Lab and PI-related stress

  • Health eating and Sleep habits

  • Emotional health

In addition to working on anxiety, depression and adjustment symptoms,

Stanford students utilize therapy to work on:

  • Family dynamics

  • Personal growth

  • Self discovery

  • Academic stressors

  • Quality of life challenges

  • Burnout

  • Supporting unique thinkers

Reaching out for therapy is a powerful commitment to your well-being

Our educational, research, and career experiences have allowed us to experience firsthand the unique stressors, struggles, and potential for growth and self-actualization that Stanford students experience. This insight is instrumental in our therapy work with Stanford Students.

Working alongside Stanford student patients to become the best versions of themselves is a highlight of the work that we do.

We are in-network with the Stanford Aetna Student Health Plan.
